The park and recreation board is appointed by the Kimball Board of Mayor and Aldermen and consists of six (6) members which are citizens within the town and one (1) member of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The park and recreation board meets on the second Thursday of each month. The board reviews park and recreation items and makes recommendations as it deems necessary to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
