The zoning appeals board is appointed by the Kimball Board of Mayor and Aldermen and consists of a total of five (5) members which are citizens within the town.
The zoning board only meets when necessary. The board reviews zoning appeals by those within the town that do not comply with the current regulations. The board also addresses any changes made to the zoning map.
